For nearly two decades, I have worked in the hospitality industry building teams, running restaurant operations, creating events, and cultivating guest experiences that bring people back again and again. Through that work, I’ve learned that the most successful businesses are not just defined by what they sell — they are defined by the environment they create and the relationships they build. Second Chance Social was created from that belief.
I bring more than 20 years of hospitality and customer service experience, including 17 years of leadership at Melo’s Pizza & Pasta in Livermore, California, where I currently serve as General Manager and Creative Director.
In this role I oversee nearly every aspect of the business — hiring and staff development, operational leadership, marketing strategy, event planning and execution, menu collaboration, and guest experience design. One of my greatest strengths has always been my ability to bring together front-of-house teams, kitchen leadership, and ownership to create an environment where both staff and guests feel supported and valued.
Since 2021 I have also worked as a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines, delivering high-level customer service and safety leadership in a fast-paced, highly structured environment. This role has strengthened my skills in communication, crisis management, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
My areas of expertise include restaurant operations and leadership, hospitality experience design, team development and staff training, community event planning, small business consulting, brand collaboration and marketing strategy, guest experience and customer loyalty, and operational systems and efficiency.
