20 Years of Hospitality. Here's What That Looks Like.
For nearly two decades I have been in the trenches of the hospitality industry. I have been helping to building teams, creating events, developing new menus items, and designing experiences that keep people coming back. Every project in this gallery represents something I built, organized, launched, or reimagined. This is not theory. This is real work, done in a real restaurant, for a real community.
What started as a creative idea became a full community collaboration. I partnered with Sakura Winery, Suite Ladies Salon, and Wild Sage & Spur Floral to create a curated Mother's Day picnic basket featuring Melo's first-ever bottled olive oil, house dry seasoning blend, and homemade fig jam — products I developed specifically for this launch. I created a new pasta salad recipe, designed all labels and promotional graphics in-house, coordinated kitchen timing and staff execution, and organized a social media outreach campaign with local content creators. This project generated new revenue, and new customers, without significant new costs.. just creativity, community, and intention
